Information We Collect

Better Express LLC collects information that visitors voluntarily submit through website forms, including name, company, reply contact, request type, lane details, message content, initial driver recruiting interest, and driver application information. Driver application information may include legal name, contact details, residence history, date of birth, Social Security number, license information, medical card expiration, driving experience, accident and violation history, employment history, authorizations, electronic records consent, applicant certification, identity verification evidence, signature records, and generated audit packets.

How We Use Information

We use submitted information to respond to quote requests, dispatch or business inquiries, driver recruiting interest, application review, driver qualification review, compliance follow-up, and hiring-related screening. We do not sell website form submissions or driver application packets.

Driver Recruiting Information

The driver interest form is an initial recruiting inquiry, not a full DOT driver employment application. The separate driver application portal collects a structured application packet and consent acknowledgements, and may generate internal signed audit packets for review and compliance handling. The application portal uses email and mobile phone verification before final submission. Applicants should not upload license images, medical documents, or other documents unless Better Express provides a secure document workflow later.

Application Drafts

The driver application portal may save non-sensitive draft information in the applicant's browser so the form is easier to complete. Sensitive fields such as SSN and license numbers are not saved in that browser draft and are sent only when the application is submitted.

Spam Protection and Site Security

This site uses Google reCAPTCHA and Firebase Authentication to help protect forms from spam, automated abuse, and unauthorized application submission. These services may collect technical information needed to provide risk analysis, email verification, and phone verification, and Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.

Storage and Access

Website form submissions and generated application audit packets are stored in Google Firebase and private Cloud Storage services with public client access disabled. Access is limited to authorized Better Express operational users and service providers who help operate the website, recruiting workflow, qualification review, and compliance handling.

Retention

We keep website inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed for business follow-up, recordkeeping, compliance, security, or dispute handling.

Third-Party Services

The website may use Google Firebase Hosting, Cloud Functions, Firestore, reCAPTCHA, and related Google services to host the site, process forms, and protect against abuse.
